Morgan LaRosa
Biography
Morgan is an attorney at Kentucky ElderLaw, PLLC, focusing her practice on estate planning and elder law. Morgan is a native of southwest Florida who found her home in Kentucky while attending law school. During law school, Morgan served as secretary of the Business Law Society and, the Christian Legal Society and was a law clerk at Kentucky ElderLaw. As a second and third-year law student, Morgan participated in the Trager-Brandeis Elder Law Clinic, which provides legal documents, such as Powers of Attorney, Health Care Surrogate Designations, Living Wills, and Wills, to indigent Kentuckians. Through this clinic, Morgan found her passion for elder law and guiding families through their estate planning options. Morgan joined Kentucky ElderLaw to continue helping families protect their legacies and prepare for future long-term care needs.
