OFFICE MANAGER

The Office Manager’s primary responsibility is to increase the productivity of staff and attorneys by managing the day-to-day operations of all firm locations and extended offices.

The ideal candidate will possess high-level computer, organizational, and grammar skills and have a proven track record demonstrating patience, flexibility, and reliability in the legal setting.  This person must cultivate and maintain an intimate knowledge of firm operations, IT, hardware, software, processes, and procedures, and troubleshoot these areas for the speedy resolution of business interruptions.

Experience in Human Resources and Document/Case Management Software is required as are advanced skills with MS Office. Experience with Estate Planning and Elder Law is preferred.

Salary is commensurate with experience.
